Coding

Keeping a "Coding Journal" as I learn how to make and manage this website.

Health

Current fitness goal: lose weight. Started at 217 on April 1, 2024. 12-week goal is 190lbs on June 23rd.

Exercise: Working out 5-6x/week at Life Time fitness. Weights 3x/week, cardio 3x/week. Also doing hot yoga 1x/week.

Daily cold plunge at the gym.

Nutrition: Mediterranean diet, high in protein and fiber. One free day per week. Most days I try to remember to take AG1 + Vitamin D for my supplements.
